Alimento - Energia material ou sutil de que o ser
precisa para a manutenção da vida em seus corpos nos vários níveis de
existência. Nos planos concretos desta civilização, restrita às leis materiais
e onde prevalece a desigualdade, muitos têm menos que o básico para uma vida
digna; porém, nos planos sutis, cada ser recebe o alimento conforme sua
necessidade e abertura. Por isso, a conexão da consciência com os mundos
internos guarda possibilidades indescritíveis de manifestação e de abundância,
que na vida física podem refletir-se como suprimento do verdadeiramente
necessário.
À medida
que se une com esses mundos, o ser vai obtendo conhecimento da energia
Ono-Zone, vai passando da escassez à copiosidade (abundância) e toma-se, por
fim, criador e materializador de ideias e formas evolutivas.
Ono-Zone concede-lhe esse poder. A abundância
- que não é excesso, mas sim o justo para a realização do propósito da evolução
- é alcançada pela entrega abnegada de si ao próprio eu superior e pelo serviço
conforme o Plano Evolutivo. Quanto ao alimento físico, não se restringe às suas
partículas materiais; se preparado com espírito de oferta, toma-se veículo de
harmonização e cura dos que o ingerem. Essa atitude desprovida de interesses
egoístas faz com · que se processe uma química sutil, e o alimento adquire propriedades
incalculáveis. É a energia imaterial, presente em todas as coisas, que na
verdade nutre e sustenta, pois, como afirmou Cristo, "não só de pão vive o
homem".
Obs.: Bem, parte-se do princípio de que
precisamos alimentar os vários corpos que possuímos. Físico, astral, etérico, emocional,
mental, anímico, monádico entre outros – assim podemos dizer que são várias
fontes que provem o que necessitamos.
No físico, a nutrição provém dos
reinos da Natureza — vegetal, mineral e animal. À medida que o ser humano
avança em seu processo evolutivo, ainda condicionado pelo estado cármico
próprio da Terra, torna-se mais consciente e equilibrado, escolhendo preferencialmente
os alimentos dos reinos mineral e vegetal. Essa mudança refina suas
sensibilidades e favorece um contato mais amplo e eficiente com os demais
corpos sutis. Assim, o corpo físico, sendo a base, torna-se o ponto de partida
para o despertar e a sintonia com fontes mais puras e elevadas do ser. Já o
indivíduo grosseiro concentra sua base alimentar no reino animal e, em muitos
casos, recorre a substâncias alteradoras da consciência, alucinógenas, tanto de
origem mineral quanto vegetal, que acabam por desviar seu caminho.
No emocional
e mental, temos a influencia direta da personalidade e do caráter, atrelado às
bagagens cármicas provenientes de vidas passadas, aumentando ou diminuindo as
dificuldades do ato da purificação e elevação interior.
No plano
astral e etérico, manifestam-se as tendências herdadas de vidas passadas,
ligadas tanto a sucessos quanto a fracassos. Essas marcas determinam, se, na
vida atual, os ciclos de experiência serão mais suaves ou mais intensos.
No anímico (alma), as fontes são
naturalmente puras e elevadas. É a partir delas que os corpos sutis recebem
insights e impulsos superiores, que orientam o mental e o emocional na condução
do cérebro físico. Assim, as decisões sempre têm como referência o certo e o errado.
Cabe, no entanto, ao livre-arbítrio do indivíduo escolher o caminho a seguir.
No nível monádico, encontra-se a
centelha divina, a origem do ser. Dela partem os impulsos mais elevados, que
descem em cascata até a alma e, por meio dela, alcançam os demais corpos. A
mônada é a fonte primeira da vida e da consciência, e permanece sempre íntegra.
Cabe ao ser humano, em cada encarnação, ir purificando-se para expressar sua
verdadeira natureza.
No entanto,
percebam que a base, o físico, deflagra processos mais refinados ou rudes, mais
evolutivos ou involutivos, nas manifestações do indivíduo. Assim a educação
correta, com a assertiva alimentação, fará com que o individuo transponha
fronteiras que o mundo cármico manifesta. Como sempre, o equilíbrio, repartido
em vários níveis, exigirá a cada passo evolutivo, um nível mais sutil e mais
leve para sua manifestação eficaz e condizente com os anseios do coração e da
alma.
O homem do
futuro, liberto das condicionantes do carma, após a transição planetária,
aprenderá a utilizar a energia que sustenta o Universo — a Ono-Zone. Dessa
fonte abundante virá tudo o que for necessário, inclusive a nutrição. Em mundos
mais evoluídos, já não existe a preocupação com as tarefas de sobrevivência que
hoje ainda nos prendem. O propósito central nesses lugares é o aprendizado e a
evolução da consciência.
É importante
lembrar que o caminho da purificação só se realiza quando há determinação em
assumi-lo e segui-lo. É preciso espontaneidade e sinceridade nesse propósito;
caso contrário, a alma permanece presa a reencarnações repetitivas, vazias e
cansativas.
Food - The
material or subtle energy that beings need to sustain life in their bodies at
various levels of existence. On the concrete planes of this civilization,
restricted by material laws and where inequality prevails, many have less than
the basics for a dignified life; however, on the subtle planes, each being
receives nourishment according to their needs and openness. Therefore, the
connection of consciousness with the inner worlds holds indescribable
possibilities of manifestation and abundance, which in physical life can be
reflected as a supply of what is truly necessary.
As one unites with these worlds, beings gain
knowledge of the Ono-Zone energy, moving from scarcity to abundance
(abundance), and ultimately becoming creators and materializers of ideas and
evolutionary forms.
The Ono-Zone grants them this power.
Abundance—which is not excess, but rather what is just for the fulfillment of
the purpose of evolution—is achieved through selfless surrender to one's higher
self and through service according to the Evolutionary Plan. As for physical
food, it is not limited to its material particles; if prepared with a spirit of
offering, it becomes a vehicle for harmonization and healing for those who
ingest it. This attitude, devoid of selfish interests, triggers a subtle
chemistry, and food acquires incalculable properties. It is the immaterial
energy, present in all things, that truly nourishes and sustains, for, as
Christ said, "man does not live by bread alone."
Note: Well, it is assumed that we
need to nourish the various bodies we possess. Physical, astral, etheric,
emotional, mental, soulful, monadic, among others—so we can say that there are
several sources that provide what we need.
Physically, nutrition comes from the kingdoms of
Nature—vegetable, mineral, and animal. As human beings advance in their
evolutionary process, still conditioned by the karmic state of the Earth, they
become more conscious and balanced, preferring foods from the mineral and
vegetable kingdoms. This shift refines your sensitivities and fosters broader
and more efficient contact with the other subtle bodies. Thus, the physical
body, being the foundation, becomes the starting point for awakening and
attunement with purer and higher sources of being. The gross individual, on the
other hand, focuses their dietary base on the animal kingdom and, in many
cases, resorts to consciousness-altering, hallucinogenic substances, both of
mineral and plant origin, which ultimately divert their path.
Emotionally and mentally, we have the direct influence
of personality and character, linked to karmic baggage from past lives,
increasing or decreasing the difficulties of the act of purification and inner
elevation.
On the astral and etheric planes, tendencies inherited
from past lives manifest, linked to both successes and failures. These marks
determine whether, in the current life, the cycles of experience will be milder
or more intense.
In the animic (soul) realm, the sources are naturally
pure and elevated. It is from these that the subtle bodies receive insights and
higher impulses, which guide the mental and emotional systems in directing the
physical brain. Thus, decisions always have right and wrong as their reference.
However, it is up to the individual's free will to choose the path to follow.
At the monadic level, lies the divine spark, the
origin of the being. From it, the highest impulses emerge, cascading down to
the soul and, through it, reaching the other bodies. The monad is the primary
source of life and consciousness and remains ever intact. It is up to the human
being, in each incarnation, to purify themselves to express their true nature.
However, realize that the base, the physical, triggers
more refined or crude, more evolutionary or involutive, processes in the
individual's manifestations. Thus, correct education, coupled with assertive
nourishment, will enable the individual to transcend the boundaries manifested
by the karmic world. As always, balance, distributed across multiple levels,
will require, with each evolutionary step, a more subtle and lighter level for
its effective manifestation, consistent with the yearnings of the heart and
soul.
The human being of the future, freed from the
constraints of karma, after the planetary transition will learn to utilize the
energy that sustains the Universe—the Ono-Zone. From this abundant source will
come everything necessary, including nourishment. In more evolved worlds, there
is no longer the concern with the tasks of survival that still bind us today.
The central purpose in these places is learning and the evolution of
consciousness.
It is important to remember that the path of
purification is only accomplished when there is determination to embrace and
follow it. Spontaneity and sincerity in this purpose are required; otherwise,
the soul remains trapped in repetitive, empty, and tiring reincarnations.
