Ambas, acompanhadas das *santas mulheres* que, ao longo dos tempos, se dedicaram, silenciosamente, à condução do desenvolvimento espiritual da humanidade, estarão *à frente dos trabalhos de compaixão, proteção e inspiração*, amparando o despertar de corações e consciências em todo o planeta.
• Cada sentimento, neste sonho simbólico, assume a forma de um *personagem*. Assim podemos observar, de maneira sensível, as emoções que nos envolvem no cotidiano — tanto as que nos aprisionam como a que nos elevam. Cada uma delas revela as diretrizes que devem ser cultivadas para o nosso aprimoramento interior e para uma convivência mais harmônica entre todos.

D*Dona Consciência*, livre, leve e serena, percorre os confins do Universo em busca de expansão. Vai colhendo experiências, absorvendo saberes e sentindo oportunidades de crescimento. Em seu movimento contínuo, ela se prepara para transmitir à *Dona Mente* as lições que poderão ser aplicadas na vida física e material, elevando a experiência humana a um novo patamar de sabedoria.

 A *Dona Mente*, inquilina da *Dona Personalidade*, habita um espaço limitado e restrito, no cérebro, cercado pelas experiências humanas. Embora confinada pelas condições do mundo material, ela busca expandir-se sempre que encontra brechas do *Sr Livre Arbítrio*.

Sua jornada é desafiadora: vive entre os impulsos e condicionamentos impostos pela *Dona Personalidade*, que por sua vez se move dentro de um *campo cármico*, repleto de aprendizados, onde *os erros pedem reparo e os acertos, confirmação*.

Arredia e controladora, a *Dona Personalidade* procura sempre impor suas regras — *define o que deve e o que não deve ser feito*. Contudo, suas referências vêm das existências passadas, antigas experiências já vividas; por isso, mostra-se *retrógrada, desatualizada e imprecisa*. Apegada às velhas formas de pensar e absurdamente conservadora, luta ferozmente contra o novo, a novidade, *impondo preconceitos* a cada momento que um novo conceito se aproxima. Temendo perder o domínio, *limita a mente*, estabelece condições e tenta mantê-la *presa ao passado*. Quando necessário,* deturpa a verdade* e convoca uma aliada poderosa — a *Dona Narrativa*, personificação da *mentira* — que se encarrega de distorcer fatos e desviar a *Dona Mente* de qualquer progresso possível. Em certas ocasiões, a personalidade recorre a máscaras antigas: ora *agressiva e dominadora*, ora *submissa e temerosa*, assumindo o papel de um *“influencer” possessivo*, que tenta reter a liberdade que a *Dona Mente* busca. Manter a *Dona Mente* confusa é a principal artimanha de suas influências.

E assim, vivendo entre restrições, confusões e repetições, a *Dona Mente* decide romper a monotonia. Cansada da mesmice, das rotinas previsíveis e das falhas que se repetem sob as imposições da *Dona Personalidade*, ela toma uma decisão ousada: *dar uma grande festa* em sua morada atual — o *Cérebro*, sua residência física e temporária. *Abre as portas* e envia convites a todos os *sentimentos*. Cada um trará consigo *sua energia, sua forma de ver o mundo e suas intenções* — algumas luminosas, outras sombrias — compondo um encontro onde a *Dona Mente* poderá *conhecer e compreender* as forças que a influenciam.

 E então eles chegam — *vários sentimentos*, cada qual com sua cor, ritmo e intensidade. O ambiente vibra: a *música eletrônica* ressoa em batidas elétricas — putz, putz, putz —, enquanto *petiscos de energia* circulam por toda parte, alimentando a animação dos convidados. *Neurônios* correm apressados de um lado a outro, conduzindo sinais, mensagens e sensações. *Células entusiasmadas* trabalham intensamente, empenhadas em acolher e servir com equilíbrio os visitantes da festa. O *Cérebro*, agora intensamente iluminado, recebe *torrentes de sangue oxigenado para dar conta do recado. É uma festa completa, como todos os sentimentos em ação*.

A *Dona Personalidade*, incomodada com a movimentação de *tantos sentimentos**, passa a vigiar de perto a festa. Mantém-se à espreita junto à *porta de entrada*, fiscalizando quem pode ou não participar. Há certos *sentimentos proibidos*, especialmente aqueles que representam o *novo* — e é justamente isso que mais a perturba: a *novidade*, o *imprevisível*, aquilo que ameaça suas *velhas estruturas*. Com olhos bem abertos e *vigilância em nível cinco*, o mais alto grau de controle, ela observa para impedir que a* Dona Consciência* se aproxime. Sabe, em seu íntimo, que se a *Dona Consciência* atravessar aquela porta, seu *domínio* será abalado. A entrada da *Dona Consciência* significara a abertura das *portas do presente e do futuro*, dissolvendo as correntes do passado e decretando o *exílio da Personalidade*. É, portanto, uma *batalha de sobrevivência: vida ou morte*. A *Dona Personalidade* não hesita — aciona todas as *defesas de nível máximo*, preparando-se para uma resistência feroz, intensa e descomunal, mesmo que o preço a pagar seja a exaustão do próprio cérebro naquele ser humano. Nada importa, desde que o *velho império do eu menor* permaneça intacto.

 A *Dona Consciência*, livre, leve e serena, sente-se atraída pela vibração intensa que emana daquela mente em festa, alojada no cérebro físico do ser humano. Curiosa, decide *dar uma espiadinha*, observando de longe aquele movimento efervescente de pensamentos e emoções. Mas, prudente e sábia, antes de agir *consulta a Dona Alma* — o *coração sutil da mente*, que raramente se manifesta por completo. *Dona Alma* prefere manter-se discreta e recolhida, respeitando o espaço do *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio*, senhor absoluto de todos os sentimentos, *a quem cabe decidir o rumo das ações humanas*.

O *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio*, contudo, sente-se* poderoso e autossuficiente*. Considera-se *soberano absoluto*, acima de tudo e de todos. Neste momento, porém, carece de *conhecimento e discernimento* para tomar decisões verdadeiramente *evolutivas*, aquelas que atenderiam o *anseio puro e saudável da tímida Dona Alma*. Mesmo enredado pelas ilusões da *Dona Personalidade*, o *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio* segue convencido de seu *poder magnânimo — pleno, mas distraído*, reinando sobre um território que ainda não compreende em profundidade.

 Sentindo-se fortemente atraída, a *Dona Consciência* aproxima-se e decide a *entrar na festa*. Mas a *Dona Personalidade*, sempre vigilante, percebe sua presença e *aciona as defesas internas*, determinadas a barrar qualquer tentativa de invasão luminosa. O *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio*, observando a cena, sente-se *incomodado*. Há algo dentro dele que reconhece a importância daquela presença serena e sábia que tenta se aproximar. Movido por um impulso misterioso — um chamado silencioso da *Dona Alma* —, ele decide intervir. Usando o poder que detém, *abre discretamente uma das janelas do cérebro, sem que a Dona Personalidade desconfie*. Um *fio de luz da Dona Consciência* atravessa o ambiente, iniciando um movimento que mudará tudo.

A *Dona Consciência* entra, silenciosa e atenta. Com olhar sereno, *observa discretamente* o movimento no grande salão da *Dona Mente* e aprecia o seguinte:

 A *Dona Luxúria*, envolta em trajes exóticos e sensuais, circula provocante entre todos, espalhando o perfume da *distração* e desviando as atenções do essencial.

Enquanto isso, o *Senhor Medo*, vibrando em intensidade descontrolada, tenta dominar o ambiente. Cria *ideias desastrosas sobre tudo e sobre todos*, sussurrando aos ouvidos dos demais sentimentos, na tentativa de tornar-se o *protagonista da festa*.

 Pelas laterais do cérebro, o *Senhor Ciúmes* se movimenta cauteloso, acompanhado da *Dona Ganância* e da *Dona Inveja*. Juntos, semeiam *discórdia, competitividade, rejeição* e os desejos de *Ser e Possuir* como únicas metas dignas de esforço. Procuram convencer o *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio*, o anfitrião supremo, de que o* poder e o domínio* são as verdadeiras expressões da vida.

 Em outro canto, o *Senhor Orgulho* e a *Dona Vaidade* unem forças para instigar a *Dona Raiva*, incitando-a a empurrar o *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio* rumo a toda forma de *agressividade e retaliação*, sob o argumento ilusório de defender o “estado democrático” da existência.

Enquanto isso, a *Dona Vergonha* se encolhe, retraída, submissa. Permanece dominada pelos demais sentimentos, *inibindo as reações naturais de autopreservação* e impedindo que o *Senhor Livre Arbítrio* se expresse com autenticidade.

Mas, na contrapartida, temos também — *juntos e misturados* — outros sentimentos que vibram em sintonia diferente. Eles não competem, *coexistem em silêncio*, aguardando o momento *certo* para agir. Entre as sombras da festa, *emanam leveza, compreensão e esperança*, buscando restaurar a *harmonia* do ambiente. Com a janela aberta pelo* Senhor Livre Arbítrio*, entram na festa da* Dona Mente*.

A *Dona Alegria* e a *Dona Confiança* assumem o comando dos *trios elétricos da festa*, irradiando leveza e bom humor. Com sorrisos contagiantes, convidam todos os sentimentos a *se soltarem*, lembrando que a vida é também *celebração e movimento*. Enquanto isso, a *Dona Ternura* e a* Dona Paz* caminham entre os convidados, acolhendo com carinho aqueles que demonstram *boa vontade*. Com gestos suaves os convidam a experimentar a *neutralidade interior*, onde os* extremos se dissolvem* e o *coração repousa*.

Os que aceitam o convite são encaminhados à* mesa da Dona Esperança*, um espaço luminoso e acolhedor, onde o *diálogo* é leve e descontraído. Ali, conversas sinceras e inspiradoras começam a *abrir a Dona Mente*, antes aprisionada pelas estruturas rígidas da *Dona Personalidade*.

Há relatos de momentos especiais em que até o próprio* Senhor Livre-Arbítrio* se sentou àquela mesa. Ali, tocado pelas vibrações da *Dona Esperança* e orientado pela *Dona Alma*, ele começou a compreender um novo propósito — quem sabe retornar para o *caminho evolutivo*.

Assim, a *Dona Alma* que se expressa por meio de *impulsos, insights e intuições*, procura guiar silenciosamente a jornada interior. E o *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio*, antes disperso em seu poder, agora *acolhe com alegria esse novo rumo*, caminhando lado a lado com a *Dona Esperança*, em sintonia com o plano maior e elevado da *Dona Consciência*.

O *Senhor Perdão* e a *Dona Humildade* ocupam uma mesa especial, situada próxima à *saída de emergência* — aliás a *única saída possível*. Ali, acolhem os sentimentos que, por iniciativa própria e após passarem pela mesa da *Dona Esperança*, encontrarem forças para conceder na *humildade*, o* perdão*. Esses sentimentos, agora transformados, libertaram-se das amarras da *Dona Mágoa*, do *Senhor Orgulho*, da *Dona Vaidade*, da *Dona Ganância* e, sobretudo, da *Dona Narrativa*, aquela que por tanto tempo confundira o caminho da *Dona Mente*.

 Inspirado por essa nova harmonia, o *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio* declara o início de uma *nova jornada*. Decide, então, que a *Dona Personalidade* será deixada de lado, permitindo que a *Dona Consciência* assuma, de forma definitiva, as inspirações da vida. Surge, assim, uma poderosa *parceria espiritual*: o *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio* e a *Dona Consciência*, unidos em propósito, conduzem a *Dona Mente* a agir com clareza, serenidade e propósito no *presente* —* e, a partir dele, elaborar um futuro mais elevado e promissor*.

 Um futuro que se renova constantemente, como o próprio *Universo*, que em sua sabedoria infinita *cria, recria e se reinventa*, expandindo eternamente em luz e consciência.

 No entanto, ainda resta *passar pela saída de emergência* — a única disponível. Antes dela, há uma *última mesa* da festa, onde os esperam a *Senhora Gratidão* e a *Senhora Compaixão*. Essas ilustres anciãs são verdadeiras *delícias da alma*. Dominaram a *Sabedoria Universal* e irradiam elegância, gentileza, amor e doçura. São tão belas, tão luminosas, que basta estar em sua presença para sentir-se *voando sem asas*.

 Seus *abraços divinos* acolhem com um carinho indescritível, despertando *emoção sincera e profunda* na *Dona Consciência* e no *Senhor Livre-Arbítrio*.

Luzes, perfumes e estrelinhas coloridas se espalham em volta — e tudo *vibra em harmonia*, quase impossível de ser retratado. É nesse instante que a *porta da saída de emergência* está prestes a se abrir. Então surge o *Amor, Senhor do Cosmos, essência de todos os sentimentos — positivos e negativos*. É ele quem conduz o ser, dono daquele cérebro humano, até a porta de saída, para o *caminho iluminado*.

 Mas ainda resta uma última prova, uma confirmação de que as transformações são verdadeiras e que não há mais risco de retroceder às antigas tentações.

O* corredor da saída* é guardado por dois gigantes: o *Senhor Aflição* e o *Senhor Arrependimento*. Somente após atravessar por eles — e convencê-los da *sinceridade* desta nova postura — é que o ser humano, com todos os seus sentimentos, poderá *cruzar a linha da libertação*.

 E quando isso acontece, a saída é liberada. O *Universo* se revela em toda a sua vastidão e esplendor. A *alma*, enfim liberta, passa a conhecer a *Criação* em todos os seus detalhes e dimensões.

A partir daí, apenas *duas referências* bastam para o prosseguimento da existência: a *Liberdade e o Amor, eternos pilares do ser em comunhão com o Infinito*.

• In this last quarter of 2025, the *Feminine Polarity of the Christ Energy* manifests itself with greater intensity, through the central figures of *Mary Most Holy and Mary Magdalene*. Both, accompanied by the *holy women* who, throughout time, have silently dedicated themselves to guiding the spiritual development of humanity, will be *at the forefront of the work of compassion, protection, and inspiration*, supporting the awakening of hearts and consciousnesses across the planet.

• Each feeling, in this symbolic dream, takes the form of a *character*. Thus, we can sensitively observe the emotions that surround us in our daily lives — both those that imprison us and those that elevate us. Each of them reveals the guidelines that must be cultivated for our inner improvement and for a more harmonious coexistence among all.

*Let's go:*

*Lady Consciousness*, free, light, and serene, travels the confines of the Universe in search of expansion. She gathers experiences, absorbs knowledge, and senses opportunities for growth. In her continuous movement, she prepares to transmit to *Lady Mind* the lessons that can be applied in physical and material life, elevating the human experience to a new level of wisdom.

 *Mistress Mind*, tenant of *Mistress Personality*, inhabits a limited and restricted space in the brain, surrounded by human experiences. Although confined by the conditions of the material world, she seeks to expand whenever she finds gaps in *Mr. Free Will*.

Her journey is challenging: she lives amidst the impulses and conditioning imposed by *Mistress Personality*, which in turn moves within a *karmic field*, full of learning, where *mistakes require repair and successes, confirmation*.

 Aloof and controlling, *Mistress Personality* always seeks to impose her rules—*defining what should and shouldn't be done*. However, her references come from past existences, from past experiences already lived; therefore, she appears *retrograde, outdated, and imprecise*. Clinging to old ways of thinking and absurdly conservative, she fiercely fights against the new, the novel, *imposing prejudices* every time a new concept approaches. Fearing loss of control, the mind limits itself, establishes conditions, and tries to keep it trapped in the past. When necessary, it distorts the truth and summons a powerful ally—the Narrative Lady, the personification of lies—who is responsible for distorting facts and diverting the Mind Lady from any possible progress. On certain occasions, the personality resorts to old masks: sometimes aggressive and domineering, sometimes submissive and fearful, assuming the role of a possessive "influencer," trying to withhold the freedom the Mind Lady seeks. Keeping the Mind Lady confused is the main trick of its influences.

 And so, living amidst restrictions, confusion, and repetition, the Mind Lady decides to break the monotony. Tired of the monotony, the predictable routines, and the repeated failures imposed by *Mistress Personality*, she makes a bold decision: *throw a huge party* in her current abode—the *Brain*, her physical and temporary residence. *She opens the doors* and sends invitations to all *feelings*. Each will bring with them *their energy, their way of seeing the world, and their intentions*—some bright, some dark—creating a gathering where *Mistress Mind* can *know and understand* the forces that influence her.

 And then they arrive—*various feelings*, each with its own color, rhythm, and intensity. The atmosphere vibrates: *electronic music* resonates with electric beats—putz, putz, putz—while *energy snacks* circulate everywhere, fueling the guests' excitement. *Neurons* race hurriedly from one side to the other, conducting signals, messages, and sensations. *Enthusiastic cells* work intensely, committed to welcoming and serving the party's visitors with balance. The *Brain*, now intensely illuminated, receives *torrents of oxygenated blood to keep up with the task. It's a complete party, with all the feelings in action*.

 *Miss Personality*, bothered by the movement of *so many feelings*, begins to closely monitor the party. She keeps watch by the *entrance door*, checking who can and cannot participate. There are certain *forbidden feelings*, especially those that represent the *new*—and that is precisely what disturbs her most: the *novelty*, the *unpredictable*, that which threatens her *old structures*. With eyes wide open and *level five vigilance*, the highest degree of control, she watches to prevent *Mistress Consciousness* from approaching. She knows, deep down, that if *Mistress Consciousness* passes through that door, her *dominion* will be shaken. The entrance of *Mistress Consciousness* will mean the opening of the *doors of the present and the future*, dissolving the chains of the past and decreeing the *exile of the Personality*. It is, therefore, a *battle of survival: life or death*. *Mistress Personality* does not hesitate—she activates all *maximum-level defenses*, preparing for a fierce, intense, and colossal resistance, even if the price to pay is the exhaustion of the human being's own brain. Nothing matters, as long as the *old empire of the lesser self* remains intact.

 *Lady Consciousness*, free, light, and serene, feels drawn to the intense vibration emanating from that festive mind, housed in the human physical brain. Curious, she decides to *take a peek*, observing from afar that effervescent movement of thoughts and emotions. But, prudent and wise, before acting, she *consults* with Lady Soul*—the *subtle heart of the mind*, which rarely manifests itself fully. *Lady Soul* prefers to remain discreet and withdrawn, respecting the space of *Mister Free Will*, the absolute master of all feelings, *who is responsible for deciding the course of human actions*.

 *Mister Free Will*, however, feels powerful and self-sufficient. He considers himself the *absolute sovereign*, above everything and everyone. At this moment, however, he lacks the *knowledge and discernment* to make truly *evolutionary* decisions, those that would satisfy the *pure and healthy yearning of the timid Lady Soul*. Even entangled in the illusions of Lady Personality, *Mr. Free Will* remains convinced of his *magnanimous power—full, but distracted*, reigning over a territory he does not yet fully understand.

 Feeling strongly attracted, *Lady Consciousness* approaches and decides to *join the party*. But *Lady Personality*, ever vigilant, notices his presence and *activates his internal defenses*, determined to block any attempt at a luminous invasion. *Mr. Free Will*, observing the scene, feels *uneasy*. There is something within him that recognizes the importance of that serene and wise presence trying to approach. Moved by a mysterious impulse—a silent call from *Lady Soul*—he decides to intervene. Using the power she wields, she discreetly opens one of the windows of her brain, without Lady Personality suspecting. A thread of light from Lady Consciousness crosses the room, initiating a movement that will change everything.

 Lady Consciousness enters, silent and attentive. With a serene gaze, she discreetly observes the movement in Lady Mind's grand hall and observes the following:

 Lady Lust, draped in exotic and sensual attire, moves provocatively among everyone, spreading the scent of distraction and diverting attention from what is essential.

 Meanwhile, Lord Fear, vibrating with uncontrolled intensity, tries to dominate the room. He creates disastrous ideas about everything and everyone, whispering in the ears of the other feelings, in an attempt to become the center of attention.

On the sides of the brain, *Mr. Jealousy* moves cautiously, accompanied by *Ms. Greed* and *Ms. Envy*. Together, they sow *discord, competitiveness, rejection*, and the desires to *Be and Possess* as the only goals worthy of striving. They seek to convince *Mr. Free Will*, the supreme host, that *power and dominion* are the true expressions of life.

 In another corner, *Mr. Pride* and *Ms. Vanity* join forces to instigate *Ms. Anger*, inciting her to push *Mr. Free Will* toward all forms of *aggression and retaliation*, under the illusory pretense of defending the "democratic state" of existence.

 Meanwhile, *Ms. Shame* shrinks, withdrawn, submissive. It remains dominated by other feelings, inhibiting natural self-preservation reactions and preventing Mr. Free Will from expressing himself authentically.

But, on the other hand, we also have—all together and mixed—other feelings that vibrate at a different rate. They don't compete, they coexist in silence, waiting for the right moment to act. Amidst the shadows of the party, they emanate lightness, understanding, and hope, seeking to restore harmony to the atmosphere. With the window opened by Mr. Free Will, they enter the party of Mrs. Mind.

 *Mrs. Joy* and *Mrs. Confidence* take command of the party's electric trios, radiating lightness and good humor. With contagious smiles, they invite all feelings to let loose, reminding us that life is also celebration and movement. Meanwhile, * Mrs. Tenderness* and *Mrs. Peace * walk  among the guests, warmly welcoming those who demonstrate *goodwill*. With gentle gestures, they invite them to experience *inner neutrality*, where *extremes dissolve* and the *heart rests*.

 Those who accept the invitation are directed to *Mrs Hope* table, a bright and welcoming space, where *dialogue* is light and relaxed. There, sincere and inspiring conversations begin to *open Mrs Mind*, previously imprisoned by the rigid structures of *Mrs Personality*.

 There are reports of special moments when even *Mr. Free Will* himself sat at that table. There, touched by the vibrations of *Mrs Hope* and guided by *Mrs Soul*, he began to understand a new purpose—perhaps returning to the *evolutionary path*.

Thus, *Mrs. Soul*, who expresses herself through *impulses, insights, and intuitions*, seeks to silently guide the inner journey. And *Mr. Free Will*, previously scattered in his power, now *joyfully embraces this new direction*, walking side by side with *Mrs. Hope*, in tune with the greater and higher plan of *Mrs. Conscience*.

 *Mr. Forgiveness* and *Mrs. Humility* occupy a special table, located near the *emergency exit*—indeed, the *only possible exit*. There, they welcome the feelings that, on their own initiative and after passing through *Mrs. Hope*'s* table, find the strength to grant *forgiveness* in *humility*. These feelings, now transformed, freed themselves from the bonds of *Mrs. Grief*, *Mr. Pride*, *Mrs. Vanity*, *Mrs. Greed*, and, above all, *Mrs. Narrative*, the one who had for so long confused *Mrs. Mind*'s path.

 Inspired by this new harmony, *Mrs. Free Will* declares the beginning of a *new journey*. He then decides that *Mrs. Personality* will be set aside, allowing *Mrs. Conscience* to definitively assume the inspirations of life. Thus, a powerful *spiritual partnership* emerges: *Mrs. Free Will* and *Mrs. Conscience*, united in purpose, guide *Mrs. Mind* to act with clarity, serenity, and purpose in the *present*—*and, from it, to craft a more elevated and promising future*.

 A future that constantly renews itself, like the *Universe* itself, which in its infinite wisdom *creates, recreates, and reinvents itself*, eternally expanding in light and consciousness.

 However, there is still *the emergency exit*—the only one available. Before it, there is a *last table* of the feast, where *Lady Gratitude* and *Lady Compassion* await. These illustrious elders are true *delights of the soul*. They have mastered *Universal Wisdom* and radiate elegance, kindness, love, and sweetness. They are so beautiful, so luminous, that simply being in their presence makes one feel *flying without wings*.

 Their *divine embraces* welcome with indescribable affection, awakening *sincere and profound emotion* in *Lady Consciousness* and *Mr. Free Will*. Lights, perfumes, and colorful stars spread around—and everything vibrates in harmony, almost impossible to capture. It is at this moment that the emergency exit door is about to open. Then Love, Lord of the Cosmos, essence of all feelings—positive and negative. It is He who leads the being, owner of that human brain, to the exit door, to the illuminated path.

 But there remains one final test, a confirmation that the transformations are true and that there is no longer any risk of returning to old temptations.

The exit corridor is guarded by two giants: Lord Affliction and Lord Regret. Only after passing through them—and convincing them of the sincerity of this new stance—can the human being, with all their feelings, cross the line of liberation.

 And when this happens, the exit is clear. The *Universe* reveals itself in all its vastness and splendor. The *soul*, finally freed, comes to know *Creation* in all its details and dimensions.

From then on, only *two references* suffice for the continuation of existence: *Freedom and Love*, eternal pillars of being in communion with the Infinite*.

ATOS HUMANOS - Sob um clássico ponto de vista, os atos de um indivíduo podem ser de três tipos:

1. ·      os que o liberam do ciclo de nascimento e morte, que são atos não-egoístas e desinteressados;
2. ·      os levados a efeito conforme os deveres individuais prescritos pelas escrituras reveladas no passado;
3. ·      os que envolvem mau uso da liberdade individual e conduzem a formas inferiores de vida.

Entre esses três, os homens mais sábios preferem praticar os que os libertam e conduzem a esferas mais amplas de existência. Todavia, tal decisão não tem conotações pessoais e exclusivistas, se a consciência humana já compreende que no universo tudo é interliga do que pela elevação de uma de suas partes o todo se eleva e que a assunção de passos evolutivos é a maior ajuda a se prestar ao mundo.

A ação do homem deve estar em consonância com o que já pôde captar como lei e padrão evolutivo. Qualquer ato contrário ao propósito superior por ele percebido redunda em desestabilização da sua aura, decorrente do choque entre partículas de diferentes vibrações: as que tendem à harmonia e as que tendem ao caos. Havendo essa desestabilização, a energia da alma ou da mônada, conforme o caso, recolhe-se, ausenta-se parcialmente dos planos materiais e assim permanece até que neles se tenha reinstalado certo grau de equilíbrio; pela sua potência, se ela se mantivesse presente, ainda maior seria o conflito. Um ato é a concretização de um impulso subjetivo - uma inspiração superior, uma ideia, um ideal, um sentimento, um desejo, um instinto ou outro, a depender do nível em que a consciência externa do ser se encontre polarizada. Os atos imprimem padrões vibratórios específicos na esfera material da existência planetária. Por isso, aos que buscam servir ao propósito evolutivo são indicadas a reverência e a gratidão. Cultivando essa atitude, seus atos convertem-se em instrumentos para divinizar o mundo material - e não em obstáculos, como em geral ocorre.

Obs. Os atos humanos derivam diretamente da vontade, que é a força motriz da consciência em ação. Pelo livre-arbítrio, o indivíduo tem a possibilidade de escolher entre o certo e o errado, orientando-se conforme o nível de equilíbrio interior que manifesta no momento da decisão.

Diante das circunstâncias emocionais, cada ser expressa o estado real de sua consciência: quando a emoção está harmonizada pelo bom senso e pelo discernimento, tende-se a agir corretamente; quando está perturbada por impulsos retrógrados ou desequilíbrios, a ação desvia-se do bem e produz o mal. Isto compromete o futuro do indivíduo, mantendo-o preso aos mundos cármicos ou liberando-o para os mundos evolutivos. Percebam que tudo é uma questão de escolhas.

Assim, o livre-arbítrio não é apenas o poder de escolher, mas também o campo de revelação da maturidade espiritual de cada indivíduo — pois, em última instância, toda escolha reflete o grau de consciência e o conhecimento que o ser já conquistou.

A compreensão e a correta aplicação das Leis que regem a vida dependem da existência de parâmetros internos bem definidos. Esses parâmetros resultam do “nível de conhecimento” e do “grau de consciência” que o indivíduo desenvolveu ao longo de sua trajetória.

O grau de consciência pode ser entendido como a capacidade de perceber, compreender e avaliar as consequências de pensamentos, emoções e ações. Ele se expande à medida que o conhecimento é assimilado e transformado em sabedoria prática. Dessa forma, quanto menor o conhecimento, mais restrita é a consciência, e maiores são as chances de interpretação incorreta ou de uso indevido das Leis universais que sustentam a existência.

Comportamentos como o roubo, a violência ou o homicídio representam expressões de baixíssimo desenvolvimento cognitivo e moral, nas quais o discernimento e a empatia ainda não se consolidaram como guias de conduta. O indivíduo, nesse estágio, carece de percepção suficiente para aplicar o bom senso e a razão em suas escolhas. A ganância, a corrupção, o egoísmo tornam-se exacerbados gerando impulsos violentos e são estimulados por forças involutivas.

Consequentemente, o impacto de atitudes contrárias à Lei do Amor — princípio fundamental da harmonia universal — nem sempre é percebido de forma imediata por quem as pratica. Somente com a assimilação do conhecimento e o avanço da consciência é que o ser humano passa a reconhecer a gravidade de seus atos, compreender as causas e efeitos envolvidos e buscar espontaneamente a reparação e o equilíbrio interior.

Em termos espirituais, a evolução da consciência representa o caminho pelo qual o conhecimento se transforma em sabedoria e a razão se une ao amor. Quando esse equilíbrio é alcançado, o indivíduo deixa de agir por instinto retrógrado ou imposição externa e passa a agir por discernimento interno, orientado pela compreensão das Leis que regem a vida e pela responsabilidade ética de respeitá-las. Assim, o aprendizado não se limita ao intelecto, mas torna-se instrumento de transformação moral e espiritual, promovendo a integração entre mente, coração e espírito.

HUMAN ACTS - From a classical perspective, an individual's actions can be of three types:

1. ·      those that liberate him or her from the cycle of birth and death, which are selfless and disinterested acts;
2. ·      those performed in accordance with individual duties prescribed by the scriptures revealed in the past;
3. ·      those that involve the misuse of individual freedom and lead to lower forms of life.

Of these three, the wisest men prefer to practice those that liberate them and lead to broader spheres of existence. However, such a decision does not have personal or exclusive connotations, if human consciousness already understands that everything in the universe is interconnected, that through the elevation of one of its parts, the whole is elevated, and that taking evolutionary steps is the greatest help to the world.

Human action must be in accordance with what has already been grasped as evolutionary law and pattern. Any act contrary to the higher purpose perceived by the being results in destabilization of the aura, resulting from the clash between particles of different vibrations: those tending toward harmony and those tending toward chaos. When this destabilization occurs, the energy of the soul or monad, as the case may be, withdraws, partially withdraws from the material planes, and remains there until a certain degree of balance has been reestablished. Due to its potency, if it remained present, the conflict would be even greater. An act is the realization of a subjective impulse—a higher inspiration, an idea, an ideal, a feeling, a desire, an instinct, or other, depending on the level at which the being's external consciousness is polarized. Acts imprint specific vibratory patterns on the material sphere of planetary existence. Therefore, those who seek to serve the evolutionary purpose are instructed to show reverence and gratitude. By cultivating this attitude, their actions become instruments for divinizing the material world—and not obstacles, as is generally the case. Note: Human actions derive directly from the will, which is the driving force of consciousness in action. Through free will, the individual has the ability to choose between right and wrong, guided by the level of inner balance they manifest at the moment of decision.

Note: In the face of emotional circumstances, each being expresses the true state of their consciousness: when emotions are harmonized by common sense and discernment, one tends to act correctly; when disturbed by retrograde impulses or imbalances, action deviates from good and produces evil. This compromises the individual's future, keeping them trapped in karmic worlds or freeing them to evolutionary worlds. Understand that everything is a matter of choices.

Thus, free will is not only the power to choose, but also the field of revelation of each individual's spiritual maturity—for, ultimately, every choice reflects the degree of consciousness and knowledge that the being has already acquired. The understanding and correct application of the Laws that govern life depend on the existence of well-defined internal parameters. These parameters result from the "level of knowledge" and the "degree of consciousness" that the individual has developed throughout their life.

The degree of consciousness can be understood as the ability to perceive, comprehend, and evaluate the consequences of thoughts, emotions, and actions. It expands as knowledge is assimilated and transformed into practical wisdom. Thus, the less knowledge, the more restricted the consciousness, and the greater the chances of misinterpreting or misusing the universal Laws that sustain existence.

Behaviors such as theft, violence, or homicide represent expressions of extremely low cognitive and moral development, in which discernment and empathy have not yet consolidated as guides of conduct. The individual, at this stage, lacks sufficient perception to apply common sense and reason to their choices. Greed, corruption, and selfishness become exacerbated, generating violent impulses and are stimulated by involutionary forces. Consequently, the impact of actions contrary to the Law of Love—a fundamental principle of universal harmony—is not always immediately perceived by those who practice them. Only with the assimilation of knowledge and the advancement of consciousness do human beings begin to recognize the gravity of their actions, understand the causes and effects involved, and spontaneously seek reparation and inner balance.

In spiritual terms, the evolution of consciousness represents the path by which knowledge transforms into wisdom and reason unites with love. When this balance is achieved, the individual ceases to act out of retrograde instinct or external imposition and begins to act out of inner discernment, guided by an understanding of the Laws that govern life and the ethical responsibility to respect them. Thus, learning is not limited to the intellect, but becomes an instrument of moral and spiritual transformation, promoting moving the integration between mind, heart and spirit.

Alimento  - Energia material ou sutil de que o ser precisa para a manutenção da vida em seus corpos nos vários níveis de existência. Nos planos concretos desta civilização, restrita às leis materiais e onde prevalece a desigualdade, muitos têm menos que o básico para uma vida digna; porém, nos planos sutis, cada ser recebe o alimento conforme sua necessidade e abertura. Por isso, a conexão da consciência com os mundos internos guarda possibilidades indescritíveis de manifestação e de abundância, que na vida física podem refletir-se como suprimento do verdadeiramente necessário.

À medida que se une com esses mundos, o ser vai obtendo conhecimento da energia Ono-Zone, vai passando da escassez à copiosidade (abundância) e toma-se, por fim, criador e materializador de ideias e formas evolutivas.

 Ono-Zone concede-lhe esse poder. A abundância - que não é excesso, mas sim o justo para a realização do propósito da evolução - é alcançada pela entrega abnegada de si ao próprio eu superior e pelo serviço conforme o Plano Evolutivo. Quanto ao alimento físico, não se restringe às suas partículas materiais; se preparado com espírito de oferta, toma-se veículo de harmonização e cura dos que o ingerem. Essa atitude desprovida de interesses egoístas faz com · que se processe uma química sutil, e o alimento adquire propriedades incalculáveis. É a energia imaterial, presente em todas as coisas, que na verdade nutre e sustenta, pois, como afirmou Cristo, "não só de pão vive o homem".

Obs.: Bem, parte-se do princípio de que precisamos alimentar os vários corpos que possuímos. Físico, astral, etérico, emocional, mental, anímico, monádico entre outros – assim podemos dizer que são várias fontes que provem o que necessitamos.

No físico, a nutrição provém dos reinos da Natureza — vegetal, mineral e animal. À medida que o ser humano avança em seu processo evolutivo, ainda condicionado pelo estado cármico próprio da Terra, torna-se mais consciente e equilibrado, escolhendo preferencialmente os alimentos dos reinos mineral e vegetal. Essa mudança refina suas sensibilidades e favorece um contato mais amplo e eficiente com os demais corpos sutis. Assim, o corpo físico, sendo a base, torna-se o ponto de partida para o despertar e a sintonia com fontes mais puras e elevadas do ser. Já o indivíduo grosseiro concentra sua base alimentar no reino animal e, em muitos casos, recorre a substâncias alteradoras da consciência, alucinógenas, tanto de origem mineral quanto vegetal, que acabam por desviar seu caminho.

No emocional e mental, temos a influencia direta da personalidade e do caráter, atrelado às bagagens cármicas provenientes de vidas passadas, aumentando ou diminuindo as dificuldades do ato da purificação e elevação interior.

No plano astral e etérico, manifestam-se as tendências herdadas de vidas passadas, ligadas tanto a sucessos quanto a fracassos. Essas marcas determinam, se, na vida atual, os ciclos de experiência serão mais suaves ou mais intensos.

No anímico (alma), as fontes são naturalmente puras e elevadas. É a partir delas que os corpos sutis recebem insights e impulsos superiores, que orientam o mental e o emocional na condução do cérebro físico. Assim, as decisões sempre têm como referência o certo e o errado. Cabe, no entanto, ao livre-arbítrio do indivíduo escolher o caminho a seguir.

No nível monádico, encontra-se a centelha divina, a origem do ser. Dela partem os impulsos mais elevados, que descem em cascata até a alma e, por meio dela, alcançam os demais corpos. A mônada é a fonte primeira da vida e da consciência, e permanece sempre íntegra. Cabe ao ser humano, em cada encarnação, ir purificando-se para expressar sua verdadeira natureza.

No entanto, percebam que a base, o físico, deflagra processos mais refinados ou rudes, mais evolutivos ou involutivos, nas manifestações do indivíduo. Assim a educação correta, com a assertiva alimentação, fará com que o individuo transponha fronteiras que o mundo cármico manifesta. Como sempre, o equilíbrio, repartido em vários níveis, exigirá a cada passo evolutivo, um nível mais sutil e mais leve para sua manifestação eficaz e condizente com os anseios do coração e da alma.

O homem do futuro, liberto das condicionantes do carma, após a transição planetária, aprenderá a utilizar a energia que sustenta o Universo — a Ono-Zone. Dessa fonte abundante virá tudo o que for necessário, inclusive a nutrição. Em mundos mais evoluídos, já não existe a preocupação com as tarefas de sobrevivência que hoje ainda nos prendem. O propósito central nesses lugares é o aprendizado e a evolução da consciência.

É importante lembrar que o caminho da purificação só se realiza quando há determinação em assumi-lo e segui-lo. É preciso espontaneidade e sinceridade nesse propósito; caso contrário, a alma permanece presa a reencarnações repetitivas, vazias e cansativas.

Food - The material or subtle energy that beings need to sustain life in their bodies at various levels of existence. On the concrete planes of this civilization, restricted by material laws and where inequality prevails, many have less than the basics for a dignified life; however, on the subtle planes, each being receives nourishment according to their needs and openness. Therefore, the connection of consciousness with the inner worlds holds indescribable possibilities of manifestation and abundance, which in physical life can be reflected as a supply of what is truly necessary.

As one unites with these worlds, beings gain knowledge of the Ono-Zone energy, moving from scarcity to abundance (abundance), and ultimately becoming creators and materializers of ideas and evolutionary forms.

The Ono-Zone grants them this power. Abundance—which is not excess, but rather what is just for the fulfillment of the purpose of evolution—is achieved through selfless surrender to one's higher self and through service according to the Evolutionary Plan. As for physical food, it is not limited to its material particles; if prepared with a spirit of offering, it becomes a vehicle for harmonization and healing for those who ingest it. This attitude, devoid of selfish interests, triggers a subtle chemistry, and food acquires incalculable properties. It is the immaterial energy, present in all things, that truly nourishes and sustains, for, as Christ said, "man does not live by bread alone."

Note: Well, it is assumed that we need to nourish the various bodies we possess. Physical, astral, etheric, emotional, mental, soulful, monadic, among others—so we can say that there are several sources that provide what we need.

Physically, nutrition comes from the kingdoms of Nature—vegetable, mineral, and animal. As human beings advance in their evolutionary process, still conditioned by the karmic state of the Earth, they become more conscious and balanced, preferring foods from the mineral and vegetable kingdoms. This shift refines your sensitivities and fosters broader and more efficient contact with the other subtle bodies. Thus, the physical body, being the foundation, becomes the starting point for awakening and attunement with purer and higher sources of being. The gross individual, on the other hand, focuses their dietary base on the animal kingdom and, in many cases, resorts to consciousness-altering, hallucinogenic substances, both of mineral and plant origin, which ultimately divert their path.

Emotionally and mentally, we have the direct influence of personality and character, linked to karmic baggage from past lives, increasing or decreasing the difficulties of the act of purification and inner elevation.

On the astral and etheric planes, tendencies inherited from past lives manifest, linked to both successes and failures. These marks determine whether, in the current life, the cycles of experience will be milder or more intense.

In the animic (soul) realm, the sources are naturally pure and elevated. It is from these that the subtle bodies receive insights and higher impulses, which guide the mental and emotional systems in directing the physical brain. Thus, decisions always have right and wrong as their reference. However, it is up to the individual's free will to choose the path to follow.

At the monadic level, lies the divine spark, the origin of the being. From it, the highest impulses emerge, cascading down to the soul and, through it, reaching the other bodies. The monad is the primary source of life and consciousness and remains ever intact. It is up to the human being, in each incarnation, to purify themselves to express their true nature.

However, realize that the base, the physical, triggers more refined or crude, more evolutionary or involutive, processes in the individual's manifestations. Thus, correct education, coupled with assertive nourishment, will enable the individual to transcend the boundaries manifested by the karmic world. As always, balance, distributed across multiple levels, will require, with each evolutionary step, a more subtle and lighter level for its effective manifestation, consistent with the yearnings of the heart and soul.

The human being of the future, freed from the constraints of karma, after the planetary transition will learn to utilize the energy that sustains the Universe—the Ono-Zone. From this abundant source will come everything necessary, including nourishment. In more evolved worlds, there is no longer the concern with the tasks of survival that still bind us today. The central purpose in these places is learning and the evolution of consciousness.

It is important to remember that the path of purification is only accomplished when there is determination to embrace and follow it. Spontaneity and sincerity in this purpose are required; otherwise, the soul remains trapped in repetitive, empty, and tiring reincarnations.
