ESCORPIÃO (constelação)  — De Escorpião emana a supremacia sobre a degradação material, a capacidade de sobrepujá-la. Simbolicamente, isso pode ser sintetizado nas palavras: "Eu subsisto ao tempo". Esse núcleo cósmico desperta na consciência humana a possibilidade de conhecer a vida na matéria ilesa à senilidade.

Quando as forças construtoras e destruidoras que se movem no Interior da matéria estão entregues de modo Incondicional a propósitos superiores, ela ganha nova vibração, um pulsar que a eleva além dos planos onde o envelhecimento limita a expressão do espírito. Essa é uma lição que Escorpião transmite, preparando etapas futuras do desenvolvimento na Terra.

A maior parte da humanidade procura de todas as maneiras fazer prevalecer suas ideias, gostos e preferências. Para ela, ter a própria opinião acolhida pelos demais é uma vitória. Fazem-se eleições, aceram-se disputas, instiga-se o aferramento a pontos de vista e pouco se ouve falar do valor oculto que há na renúncia. Todavia, uma civilização erigida sobre bases partidárias está destinada à destruição, pois não há nela flexibilidade para a ligação do homem com o Todo. É extremamente difícil que, ao nutrir simpatia por certas tendências em detrimento de outras, um indivíduo permaneça fiel ao curso da evolução. Esse procedimento, arraigado no sistema educacional da presente humanidade, é um mal que será dissolvido. Para isso, é preciso energia poderosa como a de Escorpião.

Valendo-se da vaidade, da ambição e do orgulho, forças obscuras usam o dinheiro, o sexo e a estratificação social para expandir sua influência sobre a vida terrestre. Muitas vezes chamamo-las de forças materiais por existirem nos níveis mais densos do universo; porém, elas não são atributo da matéria em si, mas têm origem longínqua. Assim como certas substâncias ao se combinarem sob determinadas condições produzem efeitos benéficos e em outras provocam explosões danosas, a matéria reage de maneira diversa quando exposta a diferentes conjunturas.

Quando o ser humano percebe em si a ação dessas forças obscuras, o que a energia de Escorpião lhe Indica para impedir que causem prejuízos mais profundos está nas palavras do Instrutor de Hércules ( no Mito de Hércules – A hora de crescer interiormente- Editora Irdin) ao Incumbi-lo de libertar Lema da hidra que a devastava:  "Quem se ajoelha eleva-se. Conquista-se por meio da total rendição de si. É renunciando que se ganha". Percebe-se então a energia singular que emana da constelação de Escorpião: potente, firma-se na entrega incondicional.

SCORPIO (constellation) — From Scorpio emanates supremacy over material degradation, the ability to overcome it. Symbolically, this can be summarized in the words: "I subsist over time". This cosmic nucleus awakens in human consciousness the possibility of knowing life in matter unharmed by senility.

When the constructive and destructive forces that move within matter are unconditionally surrendered to higher purposes, it gains a new vibration, a pulse that elevates it beyond the planes where aging limits the expression of the spirit. This is a lesson that Scorpio transmits, preparing future stages of development on Earth.

Most of humanity tries in every way to make their ideas, tastes and preferences prevail. For her, having her own opinion accepted by others is a victory. Elections are held, disputes are fought, clinging to points of view is instigated and little is heard about the hidden value of renunciation. However, a civilization built on partisan bases is destined for destruction, as there is no flexibility in it for man's connection with the Whole. It is extremely difficult for an individual, when harboring sympathy for certain tendencies to the detriment of others, to remain faithful to the course of evolution. This procedure, rooted in the educational system of present humanity, is an evil that will be dissolved. To do this, you need powerful energy like Scorpio.

Taking advantage of vanity, ambition and pride, dark forces use money, sex and social stratification to expand their influence over earthly life. We often call them material forces because they exist in the densest levels of the universe; however, they are not an attribute of matter itself, but have a distant origin. Just as certain substances, when combined under certain conditions, produce beneficial effects and in others they cause harmful explosions, matter reacts differently when exposed to different circumstances.

When human beings perceive the action of these dark forces within themselves, what Scorpio's energy tells them to prevent them from causing deeper harm is in the words of the Instructor of Hercules (in the Myth of Hercules - The time to grow internally - Editors Irdin) when tasked with freeing Lema from the hydra that was devastating her: "He who kneels rises. He conquers himself through the total surrender of himself. It is by renouncing that we win." One can then perceive the unique energy that emanates from the Scorpio constellation: powerful, it is based on unconditional dedication.
