FILHO DO HOMEM — Pode referir-se tanto à entidade cósmica Cristo, quando veio à Terra por intermédio de Jesus, quanto à energia crística abstrata, informal e imaterial — que habita todos os seres. Em ambos os casos, porém em diferentes graus, o chamado Homem é a essência de poder e vontade cósmicos que se mantém no profundo do ser. Ao tocar o mundo concreto, transforma a consciência externa, o Filho, e por intermédio dela revela as leis e a vida de mundos superiores.

FILHOS DAS ESTRELAS — Em tempos Passados, mensageiros da lei solar chegaram a este planeta e foram simbolicamente denominados Filhos do Sol. Viveram entre os homens da Terra e deixaram ensinamentos, sementes de uma vida pautada por leis de evolução superior. Todavia, não foram compreendidos. Hoje retomam e trazem consigo os Filhos das Estrelas, provenientes de sistemas estelares distantes, que conhecem os caminhos a serem trilhados pela Terra para sair do atual obscurantismo, pois já transcenderam as experiências negativas ora realizadas aqui. Vêm em nome da paz universal. A vontade deles está unificada à vontade à vontade cósmica. Que visa à ordem perfeita em toda a Criação. São chamas vivas de amor, e suas luzes cruzam silenciosas o espaço sideral, despertando o homem terrestre para o seu mundo interior.

Obs. Bem, as duas definições aclaram os conceitos utilizados nas Leis Cósmicas, sobre a natureza do Filho do Homem e Filhos das Estrelas.

O Filho do Homem abriga a estrutura cósmica que todos possuem no seu eu interno. Podemos assim entender que temos uma parte em Deus (Homem – abarca a essência do Universo) e o Filho (abarca a energia Cristica), que em nosso eu interno manifesta as leis da vida e dos mundos superiores .

Assim podemos classificar que o homem, individuo que hoje manifesta-se na raça humana da Terra, abriga em si o Pai e o Filho, tendo assim, por origem, a divindade cósmica. Resta-nos, então, descobrir toda essa divindade que temos por origem.

Assim, o processo reencarnatório, a vida desenvolvida na Terra e em vários outros mundos, que virão a seguir, nada mais são do que um processo de descobrimento da verdadeira essência cósmica da qual somos frutos.

Percebe-se hoje que a maioria dos humanos não tem a menor ideia destes conceitos e se sente completamente separado do Pai (Deus- Homem) e do Filho (Cristo Cósmico). Sai, então, na busca externa do que já tem internamente.

Podemos considerar que esta luta titânica que se dá entre o bem e o mal, não passa de um campo de aprendizado, de um refinamento do que temos e somos, por origem.

Filhos das Estrelas, mais conhecidos como extraterrestres, acompanham atentamente a transição do planeta Terra. Com larga experiencia nos mesmos procedimentos pelos quais iremos passar na presente transição, dispõem-se a nos ajudar.

Poucos os reconhecem e menos ainda os aceitam, cegos e confusos pelo egoísmo e pela ganância que tomou conta da humanidade terrena. No entanto, a ajuda é ofertada em todos os aspectos, mas caberá a cada um aceitá-la.

Num futuro distante seremos nós que estaremos em auxílio de outros planetas na mesma transição em curso, e assim, sucessivamente, a evolução se dá em todas as raças humanas.

 SON OF MAN - It can refer both to the cosmic entity Christ, when he came to Earth through Jesus, and to the abstract, informal and immaterial Christ energy - which inhabits all beings. In both cases, but in different degrees, the so-called Man is the essence of cosmic power and will that holds in the depths of being. By touching the concrete world, he transforms the external consciousness, the Son, and through it reveals the laws and life of superior worlds.

 CHILDREN OF THE STARS — In times past, messengers of solar law arrived on this planet and were symbolically called Children of the Sun. They lived among men on Earth and left teachings, seeds of a life guided by laws of superior evolution. However, they were not understood. Today they return and bring with them the Children of the Stars, coming from distant star systems, who know the paths to be followed by Earth to get out of the current obscurantism, as they have already transcended the negative experiences now carried out here. They come in the name of universal peace. Their will is unified with the cosmic will. Which aims at perfect order in all Creation. They are living flames of love, and their lights silently cross outer space, awakening terrestrial man to his inner world.

 Obs. Well, the two definitions clarify the concepts used in the Cosmic Laws, about the nature of the Son of Man and Children of the Stars.

The Son of Man houses the cosmic structure that everyone has within their inner self. We can thus understand that we have a part in God (Man – encompasses the essence of the Universe) and the Son (comprises the Christic energy), which in our inner self manifests the laws of life and of the superior worlds.

Thus we can classify that the man, individual that today manifests itself in the human race of the Earth, shelters in itself the Father and the Son, having thus, for origin, the cosmic divinity. It remains for us, then, to discover all this divinity that we have by origin.

Thus, the reincarnation process, the life developed on Earth and in several other worlds, which will come next, are nothing more than a process of discovering the true cosmic essence of which we are the fruit.

It is perceived today that the majority of humans do not have the slightest idea of these concepts and feel completely separated from the Father (God-Man) and the Son (Cosmic Christ). Then, go out in the external search for what you already have internally.

We can consider that this titanic struggle that takes place between good and evil is just a field of learning, a refinement of what we have and are, by origin.

 Children of the Stars, better known as extraterrestrials, closely follow the transition of planet Earth. With extensive experience in the same procedures that we will go through in this transition, they are willing to help us.

Few recognize them and even fewer accept them blinded, and confused by the selfishness and greed that took hold of earthly humanity. However, help is offered in all aspects, but it will be up to each one to accept it.

In the distant future, we will be the ones to help other planets in the same ongoing transition, and so, successively, evolution takes place in all human races.

PADRÃO DE VIDA -- Expressão normalmente compreendida sob ângulo social e psicológico, mas que possui conotações mais abrangentes, do ponto de vista esotérico, o padrão de vida de um indivíduo ou de um grupo não é determinado pelos bens materiais que possuem, pelos cargos que ocupam, por sua capacidade de mas pela vibração que emitem. 

É fruto do nível onde a consciência se polariza, de seus objetivos e sintonias, do que reconhece como propósito de sua existência. Resultará em um conjunto de princípios e normas eleitas pelo indivíduo ou pelo grupo como linhas-mestras. 

Será tanto mais elevado e harmonioso quanto mais alicerçado estiver no serviço e em metas impessoais. 

Será dinâmico se houver renúncia de hábitos e de tendências. 

Para a Terra ser renovada, é necessário transformação profunda no padrão de vida da humanidade.

Obs. Bem, é oportuno atentarmos para este conceito de padrão de vida, onde elege-se a vibração para conceituá-lo.

Na atualidade o padrão de vida utilizado não reconhece esta característica, mas somente o conjunto de posses, ou a ausência delas, para considerar individuo, um grupo ou uma sociedade e assim, valorizá-los ou depreciá-los.

Assim cria-se as grandes injustiças sociais impedindo que não tem e liberando quem tem, mesmo que imerecidas. É questão de tempo para o que foi construído se desmorone.

O conjunto ou padrão vibracional que define um padrão de vida elevado se dá para o indivíduo, grupo ou sociedade que se alinha com as Leis, com os impulsos evolutivos e com as vibrações solares. Tais indivíduos, grupos ou sociedades, alinhados, reconhecerão qualidades e assim apoiaram-se em verdades. isto dará paz, senso de justiça e abrirá ótimas oportunidades de crescimento.

Temos que adotar tais critérios e sair da vala comum para não nos enganarmos e sermos justos. 

As atividades com indivíduos, grupos ou sociedades de padrão de vida elevado, sempre será apoiada por forças externas positivas com desdobramentos cada vez melhores e mais completos.

STANDARD OF LIFE -- Expression normally understood from a social and psychological angle, but which has broader connotations, from an esoteric point of view, the standard of life of an individual or a group is not determined by the material goods they possess, by the jobs they they occupy, for their ability to but for the vibration they emit.

It is the result of the level where consciousness is polarized, of its objectives and syntony, of what it recognizes as the purpose of its existence. It will result in a set of principles and norms chosen by the individual or the group as guidelines.

It will be all the higher and more harmonious the more it is based on service and impersonal goals.

It will be dynamic if habits and tendencies are renounced.

For the Earth to be renewed, a profound transformation in the standard of living of humanity is necessary.

Obs. Well, it is opportune to pay attention to this concept of standard of living, where the vibration is chosen to conceptualize it.

Currently, the standard of living used does not recognize this characteristic, but only the set of possessions, or the absence of them, to consider an individual, a group or a society and thus, value or depreciate them.

This is how great social injustices are created, preventing those who don't have it and releasing those who have it, even if they don't deserve it. It's a matter of time for what was built to fall apart.

The vibrational set or standard that defines a high standard of life is given to the individual, group or society that aligns with the Laws, with evolutionary impulses and with solar vibrations. Such individuals, groups or societies, aligned, will recognize qualities and thus rely on truths. this will give peace, a sense of justice and open up great opportunities for growth.

We have to adopt such criteria and leave the mass grave so as not to deceive ourselves and be fair.

Activities with individuals, groups or societies with a high standard of living will always be supported by positive external forces with increasingly better and more complete developments.

It will give a lot of satisfaction and peace in what you do.

 CIVILIZAÇÃO — Expressão de uma humanidade ou de um povo durante determinado ciclo. Pode referir-se à expressão da humanidade da superfície da Terra, como também da Intraterrena e da extraterrestre. A história externa terrestre é feita de surgimento e decadência de civilizações. A atual não mais responde ao propósito planetário; tende portanto, ao desaparecimento, ao mesmo tempo que uma nova está sendo formada nos planos suprafísicos. As aspirações superiores dos seres humanos são a base para o seu advento.

 Obs. Bem a humanidade atual está em avançado processo de desaparecimento. Como nos ciclos anteriores, não conseguiu cumprir as diretrizes evolutivas às quais lhe foi designada.

A decadência do sistema social, político e religioso é visto e sentido por todos, independente do grau espiritual alcançado. No entanto, muitos ainda preferem adotar parâmetros ilusórios, olhar para o outro lado ou apegarem-se a mentiras e possibilidades impossíveis, visto que tais mentiras quebram as regras básicas do amor, da harmonia e solidariedade.

Como cita o texto, uma nova está sendo formada nos planos suprafísicos. Será que temos acesso? Sim, aqueles que perceberam a irreversibilidade da queda em que a atual humanidade se encontra, pode e deve abrigar-se nestes planos suprafísicos em que a nova raça vem se constituindo e se fortalecendo para materializar-se assim que a transição planetária terminar.

Cronologicamente não podemos mensurar, mas os indicadores que mostram a profunda decadência dos principais valores morais, assim como a intensa assistência que o planeta vem recebendo das mais variadas fontes suprafísicas indica a gravidade do que se aproxima velozmente .

Coligar-se nos planos suprafísicos da nova humanidade, em parte é coligar-se àquilo que seremos no futuro. É coligar-se ao novo eu, e assim permitir que ele cresça e desenvolva-se com mais liberdade.

Talvez pareça estranho falarmos do eu presente, do eu futuro ou do eu passado, mas se exemplificarmos com o que acontece nas reencarnações, veremos que tem muita lógica.

Ao reencarnarmos, trazemos inúmeros resquícios das personalidades que já fomos nas anteriores, por isso algumas pessoas são dóceis, outras arredias, outras mansas, outras violentas, outras progressivas, outras retrogradas e assim por diante. Vejam como temos na atual reencarnação uma relação próxima com as anteriores. Se nos esforçarmos para tentar estabelecer determinados vínculos, mesmo que sejam pequenos, com o novo eu, o eu da nova civilização, trarei para o eu atual, bases muito elevadas, proporcionando impulsos livres do carma e da pesada situação atual. Provavelmente precisarei de ajuda, mas o simples desejo de que isto aconteça fará com que a ajuda necessária se manifeste. Um mestre ou instrutor, ou amigo, ou livros, ou sonhos enfim será encontrada formas distintas para que a ajuda aconteça.

 CIVILIZATION — Expression of a humanity or a people during a certain cycle. It can refer to the expression of humanity on the surface of the Earth, as well as the intraterrestrial and extraterrestrial ones. Earth's external history is made up of the rise and fall of civilizations. The current one no longer responds to the planetary purpose; tends, therefore, to disappear, at the same time that a new one is being formed in the supraphysical planes. The higher aspirations of human beings are the basis for their advent.

Obs. Well, current humanity is in an advanced process of disappearance. As in previous cycles, it failed to fulfill the evolutionary guidelines to which it was assigned.

The decay of the social, political, and religious system is seen and felt by all, regardless of the spiritual degree reached. However, many still prefer to adopt illusory parameters, look the other way or cling to lies and impossible possibilities, as such lies break the basic rules of love, harmony, and solidarity.

As the text quotes, a new one is being formed in the supraphysical planes. Do we have access? Yes, those who have realized the irreversibility of the fall in which the current humanity finds itself, can and must shelter in these supraphysical planes in which the new race has been constituting and strengthening itself to materialize as soon as the planetary transition ends.

We cannot measure it chronologically, but the indicators that show the profound decay of the main moral values, as well as the intense assistance that the planet has been receiving from the most varied supraphysical sources, indicate the gravity of what is rapidly approaching.

Joining in the supraphysical planes of the new humanity is, in part, joining with what we will be in the future. It is bonding with the new self, and thus allowing it to grow and develop more freely.

Perhaps it seems strange to talk about the present self, the future self, or the past self, but if we exemplify with what happens in reincarnations, we will see that it has a lot of logic.

When we reincarnate, we bring countless remnants of the personalities we once were in previous ones, so some people are docile, others are withdrawn, others are meek, others are violent, others are progressive, others are retrograde, and so on. See how we have in the current reincarnation a close relationship with the previous ones. If we strive to try to establish certain bonds, even if they are small, with the new me, the new civilization me, I will bring to the current me, very high foundations, providing impulses free from karma and the heavy current situation. I will probably need help, but the simple desire for this to happen will cause the needed help to manifest. A master or an instructor, or a friend, or books, or dreams, in short, different ways will be found for help to happen.

So, reflect on this way of living the present self with insights into the future self. Trust!

 SOFRIMENTO --- Decorre da resistência à transformação.

Tem sido utilizado, na esfera terrestre, como meio de amadurecimento da consciência, quando esta não pode ou não quer ascender pela razão, pela intuição ou pela instrução. Ideias, tendências e desejos equivocados retêm o fluir da vida ou desviam-no do seu curso correto, distanciando-o das leis que deveria seguir . Se há apegos, hábitos arraigados ou expectativas, resistências a esse curso surgem em maior proporção.

O atrito gerado pela retomada tardia da trilha evolutiva é o que se chama sofrimento. Tem sido importante instrutor da humanidade terrestre, que até hoje, de modo geral, pouco se tem interessado pela evolução do Todo.

À medida que a sua consciência se expande, o homem deixa de polarizar-se em seus próprios problemas. Pode, então, absorver parte do sofrimento global e ajudar em sua transmutação.

A causa do sofrimento humano encontra-se no próprio indivíduo e foi gerada por ele mesmo, no decorrer das encarnações. Nada mais é que a ignorância acerca da realidade do eu e da vida. Quando essa ignorância é sanada, o sofrimento cessa; portanto, o trabalho primordial para superá-lo deve ser feito na consciência.

Pelo sofrimento, abandona-se o que não tem mais valia. O mesmo pode dar-se pela compreensão.

 Obs. Nos mundos cármicos, o sofrimento tem sido a base da subsistência e da sobrevivência, até o indivíduo perceber que precisa superar o estado de ignorância em que vive.

Na Terra este estado de ignorância tem sido contumaz pelo fato de os indivíduos aderirem às ilusões da vida material como sendo a única a ser vivida. Repete-se reencarnações nos mesmos moldes das anteriores, sem que algo possa ser acrescentado. Neste ritmo, ilusões e desilusões o mantem em caminhos alternativos que o fazem retornar sempre ao mesmo ponto, sem evolução.

Na busca por situações melhores e mais pacíficas, o indivíduo tende a abrir-se para informações que o levem a estados mais sutis, onde terá a chance de perceber que a vida se desdobra em 2 planos, o material e o espiritual. Assim começa uma nova jornada e sua atenção se distribuirá para os dois planos, para suas duas metades, a espiritual e a material, libertando-o das reencarnações enfadonhas, repetitivas e absolutamente sem graça. Irá assim trilhar um novo caminho cercado de apoio, acolhimento e muita informação que o colocará em um novo patamar de consciência e realidade.

Sem este desdobramento, não sairá dos mundos cármicos, não cessará os sofrimentos e continuará comprometendo as futuras reencarnações.

Nos mundos evoluídos não há sofrimento, mas um continuísmo constante da evolução, da novidade, das descobertas, tornando a vida muito agradável, sem rotinas ou esforços desnecessários. Compartilha-se com aqueles que estão adiante na escala evolutiva e a luta pela sobrevivência desaparece. Este novo formato do “estado de se viver” se sobreporá ao passado, aos mundos cármicos e parecerá que estes jamais aconteceram. Neste novo estado de ser compreenderá tantas coisas, terá acesso a tantas novidades que o Universo não será tão grande e tão inacessível como parece.

Esta é a meta. Cada um decidirá quando isto acontecerá.

 SUFFERING --- It stems from resistance to transformation.

It has been used, in the terrestrial sphere, as a means of maturing the conscience, when it cannot or does not want to ascend through reason, intuition or instruction. Misguided ideas, tendencies and desires hold back the flow of life or divert it from its correct course, distancing it from the laws it should follow. If there are attachments, ingrained habits or expectations, resistance to this course arises in greater proportion.

The friction generated by the late resumption of the evolutionary path is what is called suffering. He has been an important instructor of terrestrial humanity, which until today, in general, has little interest in the evolution of the Whole.

As his consciousness expands, man ceases to be polarized by his own problems. He can then absorb some of the global suffering and help in its transmutation.

The cause of human suffering is found in the individual himself and was generated by him in the course of incarnations. It is nothing but ignorance about the reality of self and life. When this ignorance is cured, suffering ceases; therefore, the primary work to overcome it must be done in consciousness.

By suffering, one abandons what has no more value. The same can happen with understanding.

 Obs. In the karmic worlds, suffering has been the basis of livelihood and survival, until the individual realizes that he needs to overcome the state of ignorance in which he lives.

On Earth, this state of ignorance has been contumacious because individuals adhere to the illusions of material life as being the only one to be lived. Reincarnations are repeated along the same lines as the previous ones, without anything being added. At this pace, illusions and disillusions keep you on alternative paths that make you always return to the same point, without evolution.

In the search for better and more peaceful situations, the individual tends to be open to information that takes him to more subtle states, where he will have the chance to realize that life unfolds in 2 planes, the material and the spiritual. Thus begins a new journey and your attention will be distributed to both planes, to your two halves, the spiritual and the material, freeing you from boring, repetitive and absolutely dull reincarnations. He will thus tread a new path surrounded by support, welcome and a lot of information that will place him on a new level of consciousness and reality.

Without this unfolding, he will not leave the karmic worlds, will not cease suffering, and will continue to compromise future reincarnations.

In evolved worlds there is no suffering, but a constant continuity of evolution, novelty, discoveries, making life very pleasant, without unnecessary routines or efforts. It is shared with those further up the evolutionary ladder and the struggle for survival disappears. This new format of the “state of living” will overlap the past, the karmic worlds and it will seem that these never happened. In this new state of being you will understand so many things, you will have access to so many novelties that the Universe will not be as big and as inaccessible as it seems.

This is the goal. Each one will decide when this will happen.

Passos Atuais 403a parte. Sono...Sleep

SONO -   Ao adormecer vive-se processo semelhante ao que se passa na chamada morte : os corpos sutis separam-se do corpo físico. A diferença está em que no sono o fio da vida não se desliga do coração, enquanto, no final da encarnação, ele se rompe, desligando-se também do cérebro. Se ao Ingressar no sono profundo o indivíduo se mantivesse consciente, conseguiria recordar-se do que está guardado no mais íntimo do seu ser e, assim, ter acesso às suas existências passadas.

O sono é Universo vastíssimo e instrumento precioso para a cura Interior. É pelos breves momentos de comunhão com a existência cósmica, no sono profundo, que a vida externa pode equilibrar-se. Para os corpos materiais, o sono é fonte e meio de reordenação e reajuste. Por isso, exceto em casos especiais, se alguém permanecer continuamente desperto, acabará chegando a um estado mental patológico. Durante o sono há menos resistências para os corpos assimilarem as vibrações do padrão arquetípico que os rege . Enquanto o como físico repousa, os corpos sutis podem ser transformados com maior liberdade. Tal processo está hoje mais intenso devido à maior atuação das naves-laboratório intraterrenas e extraterrestres nos níveis subjetivos do planeta .

Do ponto de vista espiritual, é bom que ao adormecer a consciência logo atinja zonas elevadas. Há uma técnica para atravessar rapidamente os níveis intermediários de consciência e para se lembrar com maior facilidade dos sonhos . Consiste num cuidado especial para com o momento limítrofe em que não se está exatamente acordado nem dormindo, em que se vai perdendo a consciência do mundo exterior e entrando no estado onírico. O último pensamento deve ser positivo, imbuído da vontade de ir para um nível bem alto, superior: um pensamento que seja a afirmação do mundo espiritual. Esse procedimento mostra-se válido também para a hora de desencarnar. Treinando-o a cada noite, o indivíduo toma-se apto a acioná-lo na ocasião em que deixa definitivamente os corpos, só que nesse caso com repercussão maior: o último pensamento determina uma série de condições para a vida futura.

O hábito de ler antes de dormir pode auxiliar ou prejudicar o sono. O indivíduo coliga-se com o nível de consciência equivalente ao que o autor exprime. Da qualidade do texto vai depender o nível do sono. Outro aspecto a ser considerado é o horário de dormir. É bom ter um horário regular, obedecer a um ritmo. Conversas supérfluas e leituras deprimentes no decorrer do dia levam para a noite vibrações correspondentes. Pode-se não conseguir um sono contínuo por causa da agitação diurna, mas, por outro lado, o eu Interior pode levar o indivíduo a acordar várias vezes durante a noite para se recordar do que se passa em cada fase do sono.

O uso de técnicas para o correto adormecer não deve ser permanente. Obtido o autocontrole, a pessoa descobre a própria disciplina e, por fim, faz tudo de modo natural e simples, à sua maneira. Pode até conseguir orientação interna a respeito, o que, a certa altura, costuma mesmo suceder

O normal é o indivíduo passar algumas horas em uma fase de sonhos, alguns minutos no sono profundo e, novamente, horas em fase de sonhos. Mais algum tempo é despendido depois, para o retomo à consciência física cerebral. Para vivenciar adequadamente todo esse processo, a maioria das pessoas necessita oito horas, No entanto, é possível esse percurso da consciência em menos de sete horas, se o indivíduo se mantiver polarizado nos níveis profundos da consciência enquanto desperto ; se no decorrer do dia ele permanecer coligado a esses níveis, passa a dormir menos tempo, sem prejuízo da saúde. Isso ocorre de modo espontâneo, consequência natural da sua Interiorização concentrada. O número de horas de sono requeridas para o restabelecimento do indivíduo depende também do tipo de trabalho que ele exerce, do seu grau de participação no cumprimento do Plano Evolutivo e das energias de Raio que qualificam os seus corpos . Quando uma tarefa evolutiva exige a consciência corporal desperta por períodos longos, a alma supre o corpo por vias supranaturais . Há fases no decorrer da ascese em que o indivíduo é levado a sair da inércia e a trazer à tona potenciais ocultos no próprio ser e nos seus corpos por meio de atividades que o fazem reduzir as horas de sono. Além desses, há casos em que serviços devem ser prestados nos planos internos ao mesmo tempo que tarefas práticas transcorrem no plano físico; o indivíduo deve então estar treinado para, sem perder a lucidez e o domínio sobre suas ações, a sua consciência acompanhar os corpos sutis enquanto o físico dá continuidade ao que lhe cabe.

Na vida moderna é comum a pessoa sair do ritmo normal e estender suas atividades ao período noturno. Se isso se dá por motivos cármicos, compulsórios, o organismo acaba por adaptar-se; mas se, ao contrário, esse ritmo lhe é imposto por causa de uma ideia pessoal ou de hábito malformado, desequilíbrios na saúde podem advir. As energias do dia, com a luz do Sol, são um apelo para a atividade externa e para a lucidez da ação, enquanto as da noite conduzem à atividade interna, à reunião das forças no centro da consciência . Até as vinte e duas horas e trinta aproximadamente ainda não é noite, mas um período intermediário. Dessa hora às duas e trinta, há a chamada noite profunda, cujas energias levam a um maior recolhimento. Se for possível ao indivíduo estar adormecido nessa noite profunda, mais se harmonizará com a conjuntura energética dessas horas, que facilitam as sucessivas etapas do sono. Ressalve-se contudo que essa referência pode não ser válida para alguns temperamentos e que se deve ter como indicação fundamental a entrega ao próprio eu Interno em qualquer circunstância em que o sono se dê.

 

Obs. Bem, dormir bem é essencial. Estabelecer regras e rotinas definindo o horário de dormir e acordar faz parte da vida, da mesma forma que fazemos ao estabelecer dietas de consumo e seleção de alimentos.

O sono precede o perfil de atitudes e posturas executadas ao longo do dia, portanto, quanto mais equilibrado e alinhado estiver, melhor será esta importante rotina da vida.

Aquietar-se antes de deitar deveria fazer parte das rotinas diárias.

O sono não é só reparador, mas também fonte de informações, aconselhamentos e ideias compartilhadas. Tais coisas provem dos mundos internos, dos nossos contatos elevados, da alma, pelo simples fato de que não há limites como os que temos no corpo físico desperto.

No sono a mente não se distrai podendo focar-se no que interessa, no cumprimento do destino programado. O que geralmente ocorre é que o indivíduo, quando desperto, altera as indicações e sugestões recebidas durante o sono, baseados em critérios gananciosos e invejosos. Como o livre arbítrio permite, geralmente desvia-se das metas e experiencias definidas, entrando em aventuras que, com frequência, fracassa.

Como diz o texto, a morte é um estado de sono, cujos sonhos serão as avaliações que o próprio individuo fará em relação às metas previstas na fase que antecedeu a reencarnação. Normalmente são decepcionantes, pois na vida desperta somos desatenciosos, gananciosos, imprudentes e desfocados da vida espiritual e evolutiva. Assim, a morte tornou-se incômoda, ruim, indesejada, gerando medos desnecessários e estabelecendo paradigmas ilusórios e negativos.

Posteriormente ao sono, quando instruções são assimiladas, insights ocorrem para lembrarmos quando as aplicar, em que momento e de que forma. Geralmente, outro procedimento que fica na desatenção da nossa parte, porque vivemos atentos e preocupados com os outros, esquecendo-se de temos metas a cumprir. Assim, facilmente entramos na roda das reencarnações, repetindo e repetindo, vida após vida, as mesmas experiencias, sem sair do lugar, evolutivamente.

O sono ocupa boa parte do tempo que temos numa encarnação, portanto, utilizá-lo de forma competente e sadia poderá completar o destino previsto e a evolução continuar.

SLEEP - When falling asleep, a process similar to what happens in the so-called death is experienced: the subtle bodies separate from the physical body. The difference is that in sleep the thread of life is not disconnected from the heart, while, at the end of the incarnation, it breaks, also disconnecting from the brain. If, when entering deep sleep, the individual remained conscious, he would be able to remember what is stored in the most intimate part of his being and, thus, have access to his past existences.

Sleep is the vast Universe and a precious instrument for Inner healing. It is through the brief moments of communion with cosmic existence, in deep sleep, that external life can be balanced. For material bodies, sleep is a source and means of reordering and readjustment. Therefore, except in special cases, if someone remains continuously awake, he will end up in a pathological state of mind. During sleep there is less resistance for the bodies to assimilate the vibrations of the archetypal pattern that governs them. While the physical as rests, the subtle bodies can be transformed with greater freedom. This process is more intense today due to the greater performance of intraterrestrial and extraterrestrial laboratory-ships in the subjective levels of the planet.

From a spiritual point of view, it is good that when you fall asleep, your consciousness soon reaches higher zones. There is a technique for quickly traversing intermediate levels of consciousness and remembering dreams more easily. It consists of a special care for the borderline moment when one is not exactly awake or asleep, when one loses consciousness of the outside world and enters the oneiric state. The last thought must be positive, imbued with the will to go to a very high, superior level: a thought that is the affirmation of the spiritual world. This procedure is also valid for disincarnating. By training it every night, the individual becomes able to activate it when he definitively leaves the body, only in this case with greater repercussions: the last thought determines a series of conditions for the future life.

The habit of reading before bed can help or hinder sleep. The individual associates with the level of consciousness equivalent to that expressed by the author. The quality of the text will depend on the level of sleep. Another aspect to consider is bedtime. It's good to have a regular schedule, to obey a rhythm. Superfluous conversations and depressing readings during the day carry corresponding vibrations into the night. One may not be able to get continuous sleep because of daytime agitation, but, on the other hand, the Inner Self may lead the individual to wake up several times during the night to remember what happens in each phase of sleep.

The use of techniques for the correct falling asleep should not be permanent. Having obtained self-control, the person discovers his own discipline and, finally, does everything in a natural and simple way, in his own way. You can even get internal guidance about it, which, at a certain point, usually happens.

It is normal for the individual to spend a few hours in a dream phase, a few minutes in deep sleep, and again hours in a dream phase. Some more time is spent later, for the return to the cerebral physical consciousness. To properly experience this whole process, most people need eight hours. However, this journey of consciousness is possible in less than seven hours, if the individual remains polarized in the deep levels of consciousness while awake; if during the day he remains connected to these levels, he will sleep less time, without harming his health. This occurs spontaneously, a natural consequence of your concentrated Interiorization. The number of hours of sleep required for an individual's recovery also depends on the type of work they do, their degree of participation in fulfilling the Evolutionary Plan and the Ray energies that qualify their bodies. When an evolutionary task demands awakened body consciousness for extended periods, the soul supplies the body through supernatural means. There are phases in the course of asceticism in which the individual is led to leave inertia and bring out hidden potentials in his own being and in his bodies through activities that make him reduce the hours of sleep. In addition to these, there are cases in which services must be performed on the inner planes at the same time as practical tasks are performed on the physical plane; the individual must then be trained so that, without losing lucidity and mastery over his actions, his conscience follows the subtle bodies while the physical continues what belongs to him.

In modern life, it is common for people to leave the normal rhythm and extend their activities to the night period. If this happens for reasons karmic, compulsory, the organism ends up adapting; but if, on the contrary, this rhythm is imposed on you because of a personal idea or malformed habit, health imbalances can result. The energies of the day, with sunlight, are a call to external activity and lucidity of action, while those of the night lead to internal activity, to the gathering of forces in the center of consciousness. Until about twenty-two thirty it is not yet night, but an intermediate period. From that time to two-thirty, there is the so-called deep night, whose energies lead to greater recollection. If it is possible for the individual to be asleep in that deep night, he will be more in harmony with the energetic conjuncture of those hours, which facilitate the successive stages of sleep. It should be noted, however, that this reference may not be valid for some temperaments and that surrender to one's Inner Self should be taken as a fundamental indication in any circumstance in which sleep occurs.

 

Obs. Well, sleeping well is essential. Establishing rules and routines defining the time to sleep and wake up is part of life, just as we do when establishing consumption diets and food selection.

Sleep precedes the profile of attitudes and postures performed throughout the day, therefore, the more balanced and aligned you are, the better this important routine of life will be.

Quieting before bed should be part of daily routines.

Sleep is not only restorative, but also a source of information, advice and shared ideas. Such things come from the internal worlds, from our elevated contacts, from the soul, for the simple fact that there are no limits like the ones we have in the awakened physical body.

In sleep, the mind is not distracted and can focus on what matters, on fulfilling the programmed destiny. What usually happens is that the individual, when awake, changes the indications and suggestions received during sleep, based on greedy and envious criteria. As free will allows, it usually deviates from defined goals and experiences, entering into adventures that often fail.

As the text says, death is a state of sleep, whose dreams will be the evaluations that the individual himself will make in relation to the goals foreseen in the phase that preceded reincarnation. They are usually disappointing, because in waking life we are inattentive, greedy, reckless and unfocused from spiritual and evolutionary life. Thus, death became uncomfortable, bad, unwanted, generating unnecessary fears and establishing illusory and negative paradigms.

After sleep, when instructions are assimilated, insights occur to remember when to apply them, when and in what way. Generally, another procedure that is inattention on our part, because we live attentive and concerned with others, forgetting that we have goals to meet. Thus, we easily enter the wheel of reincarnations, repeating and repeating, life after life, the same experiences, without leaving the place, evolutionarily.

Sleep occupies a good part of the time we have in an incarnation, therefore, using it in a competent and healthy way will be able to complete the foreseen destiny and the evolution to continue.
